Kindergarten

In Kindergarten we believe children learn best when they actively explore, question, and discover. Our kindergarten program uses themes to integrate the various areas of the curriculum, including language and literacy, math, science, social studies, art, music, and Spanish. The personal experiences each child brings to the classroom are valued and welcomed.

Please read here about some of the experiences from our former families!

  Dayspring Kindergarten Testimonials

The curriculum will lay a foundation for the child’s feeling of self-confidence, for satisfying activities, and for learning through doing.  The experiences provided will work to develop the child as a whole, contributing to his/her maximum physical, mental, emotional, creative, and social development.

Our Full-Day Kindergarten is from 8:30am – 2:00pm Monday through Friday.

This unique 5 and 1/2 hour day provides the time needed to establish a strong, basic foundation for academics and the time young children still need to explore, play and socialize.  We know you’ll find something special in our intimate and inviting atmosphere where the student/teacher ratio is 12:1.

In our program we address all the key areas of development:  language development, intellectual development, physical development, and social and emotional development.  We take into account the strengths, interests, and needs of all the children.  We offer experiences, materials, and interactions that are safe, interesting, and challenging to kindergarten-age children.

$675/month for 10 months (2022-2023 Tuition Prices)  –   Tuition assistance is available through the Institute for Better Education (IBE), and it is NOT based on financial need.  For years, almost all Dayspring Kindergarten students have received full tuition scholarships through an Arizona state tax-credit scholarship organization like IBE.  Please contact our office for more information.
