This Financial Policy applies to the 2017-2018 school year.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is $200.00 for the first child and $75.00 for siblings. This fee is payable with your enrollment application, and is nonrefundable if a class placement is made for your child.

The registration fee after January 1st through the remainder of the school year is $100.

Late Charges

Tuition is considered late if not received in our office by the 7th of the month and a $25.00 late fee will be charged on the 8th.

If you utilize automatic bill pay online, it is your responsibility to confirm with our office that your check has been received by the 7th. Otherwise, late fees will apply.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Tuition Payments

The Preschool and Kindergarten Board establishes all tuition fees. The tuition may be paid annually, quarterly or monthly. For the convenience of parents, the annual fee is divided into 10 equal payments. Tuition is due the first day of the month, proceeding the month of attendance. Checks should be made payable to Dayspring Preschool and Kindergarten.

The first payment is due by May 15th for all classes. If the payment is not received in our office by the 15th, we will assume your child will not be attending and reserve the right to fill your child's space. The first month's payment is refundable in full with a written request received by the school on or before June 15th; fifty percent refundable upon written request received by the school on or before July 15th, with no refund available after July 15th.

Withdrawal

After the beginner of the year, should unforeseen circumstances arise, parents must provide the directors with 30 days proper written notice of withdrawal and shall be liable for tuition for a period of 30 days from the date the notice is given to the school.

Temporary Absences

No refunds will be made for temporary absences due to family vacations, illness, accidents, etc. In the event of special circumstances, a parent may apply in writing to the Executive Committee of the Preschool Board of Directors for special consideration.
